Meet the Chef
Executive Chef Hugo Lee, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Greystone started his culinary journey by training under the direction of Thomas Keller of the renowned French Laundry in the Napa Valley. His culinary passion along with his culinary skills grew during his time with Il Fornaio. Later on, he became the chef of Trattoria Acqua (Zagat Top 10 Award Winner for 10 years) in La Jolla California. He was also the former executive chef of Trattoria Divina for 9 years.
